The Thermaltake SpinQ VT is delightful to have on our test bench. The lighter than normal cooler competed well against some of the biggest baddest coolers on the market. And the design and concept that make up the cooler is a nice change from what we have seen coming on the market. No high-rise tower or tabletop platform cooler here but a exciting circular frame with a glowing red lighting coming from it once mounted to the board and powered up. The SpinQ VT uses the same mounting mechanism we see from stock Intel and AMD coolers. With the lower weight of this cooler, it will not be an issue. As the low weight will not stress the board at all. And another advantage is the quickness it takes to get it mounted. The issue with this cooler is that it will cost you about $60 to own it. So, you will have to determine if the pros above are really worth it. And if you want to take full advantage of the cooler performance you will have to tun it at full speed and that will in turn mean you will be able to heard it over some of the other components in your system.
